Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to Somatic Mobility (also listed as Somatic Mobility & Stretching, the “App”), published by Mert Korkmaz under the name MertApp (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
1. What the App offers
The App offers gentle movement routines, body-awareness check-ins, locally generated recommendations, progress tracking and optional reminders and voice guidance. It is free and supported by advertising. No account, subscription or in-app purchase is required. Bundled routines work offline; ads, external links and some sharing destinations require internet access.
2. Wellness and movement safety
The App is for general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. It does not replace a qualified healthcare professional, and recommendations based on your selections are not a clinical assessment.
Move within a comfortable range. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness or unusual discomfort. Follow the safety notes, use stable support where instructed and keep your movement space clear. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting if you have a medical condition, an injury, recent surgery, are pregnant or are unsure whether a movement is appropriate. Seek medical care when symptoms warrant it. We do not guarantee relief, improved mobility or any particular result.
3. Guidance and content limitations
Instructions and images are educational guides. Some images and translations were prepared with AI assistance and reviewed through an assistant-led process; they are not a certification of clinical or native-speaker review. Illustrations may simplify movement and may contain errors. Never force a position to match an image. Report unclear or incorrect instructions to support.
Voice guidance uses installed device voices, which vary by device and language. Missing voices may prevent spoken guidance. Use the visible instructions and safety notes. Reminders depend on permissions, device settings and operating-system scheduling and may be delayed or not delivered.
4. Your licence and acceptable use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules. This limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence does not transfer ownership of the App or its content.
Do not unlawfully copy, resell or redistribute App content; misuse the App; generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks; or interfere with its security. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit rights granted by applicable law or open-source licences. You may export and manage your own records using the App's features.
5. Advertising and external services
Google AdMob supplies advertising. Rewarded ads, when available, are optional; a reward requires the provider to report successful completion and does not guarantee cash or other monetary value. Ads are not displayed during active movement or check-ins. Ad availability depends on connectivity, permissions, consent and inventory.
Advertising is not our endorsement of a product, service or health claim. External services have their own terms and policies. Your consent and tracking choices do not prevent use of the core bundled routines.
6. Local records and privacy
Your progress and preferences are stored locally. We do not provide an account-based cloud restore service. Export a backup if you want to transfer history, and protect it because the exported JSON file is readable. Restore merges supported records. Device loss, clearing storage, uninstallation or a damaged backup may lead to data loss. Keep your own copies of records you want to retain.

7. Updates and availability
Features and content may change, and compatibility depends on your device and operating system. We may release updates to address errors or improve the App. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of ads, voice services or other third-party functions. We will post changes to these Terms here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided as available without guarantees that they will be error-free or suitable for every person. You are responsible for choosing movements appropriate to your circumstances and following safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Ending use and contact
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Remove local records and any exported copies you no longer need. These Terms do not restrict any rights provided by the store's terms or mandatory local law.
